Shipping policy

Packages are shipped upon completion and fulfillment of an order to the shipping address provided via FedEx 2nd Day for all domestic and International parcels.

Jennifer Creel LLC is not responsible for any errors made in customer-provided shipping addresses, invalid or defunct addresses. 

Any delay in shipment after the parcel is handed to the shipping carrier is the responsibility of FedEx. Jennifer Creel LLC will assist in tracking parcels in the event of a delay or other shipping issue, but is not responsible for lost or stolen goods. 

For International shipments, Jennifer Creel is not responsible for any potential delays of parcels held at Customs. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes related to the shipping of their package.
